FOSTER FAMILIES NEEDED!

donationsWild Blue needs your help! Our current wonderful & dedicated foster homes are full and some families are in need of a brief respite. If you are interested and willing to open up your heart and your home to a cute furball for a short term commitment – please let us know.

Fostering promises to change a cat or kitten’s life for the better AND yours as well! Every pet that’s fostered has a better chance at a happier and healthier life ahead with a forever family.

For more information or to fill out an application go to our Foster page. You can also call us at (719) 213-1127.

To purchase tickets click HERE. Scroll down to WBARS events and choose either an individual ticket or table of 8. And then scroll back up to complete your purchase. If you have any questions, please call (719) 650-4089 for assistance.

All funds raised at the event will help to replenish our veterinary fund and will be used not only for spay/neuter surgeries, but also for for emergency care cases, to provide for dental treatments and for specialized procedures for senior kitty health and wellness.

If you are not able to attend the event, but would like to make a general donation toward cat care for the Sanctuary kitties – any amount would be greatly appreciate. Every dollar counts!

Wild Blue kitties are waiting to meet you…. During the entire month of JUNE all Wild Blue kitties 1 year old or older have a special adoption fee of only $10 thanks to the Best Friends ‘Summer’ special adoption campaign. Come out and see the Wild Blue featured kitties at our Saturday adoption fairs — for more information go to http://wbars.org/adopt-a-cat/how-to-adopt/

Wild Blue also recently received a grant in the amount of $2,000 to expand our foster program (transition foster parents into Wild Blue adoption ambassadors) and to promote direct adoptions of cats and kittens from foster homes directly into their new furrever homes – without the cats being transferred to the Sanctuary first. This will mean more space at the Sanctuary to save more kitties!
